4.0 out of 5 stars Cute paper cupcake liners, June 5, 2009

These are very cute but the color is much more of a pale yellow than it appears in the photograph. There are about 50 liners in the pkg.

4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect finishing touch, May 28, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
This review is from: Wilton Dancing Daisy Flower Baking Cups (Kitchen)
These are so cute! I purchased them to add to a gift basket with a "cupcake" theme. They were the perfect finishing touch! Bright and fun. The only con was that there are not very many in the package for the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars So stinking cute and colorful!, April 24, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
This review is from: Wilton Dancing Daisy Flower Baking Cups (Kitchen)
These cups were exactly what I expected them to be - very colorful and pretty! My only slight complaint is that they are just a titch smaller than regular muffin liners (although, to be fair, they aren't advertised as muffin liners, but baking cups). They do fit a regular muffin tin, however, so the size is ok.

1.0 out of 5 stars THEY BLEED!!, July 19, 2011

This review is from: Wilton Assorted Jewel Standard Cups, 75 Count (Kitchen)
Wilton Assorted Jewel Standard Cups, 75 Count, I don't like these Baking Cups, not only they stick to the Muffin but after they are Baked, the colors change from very Bright to very Dull and that's not even the worst part, the Color Ink Bleeds into the Muffins and even my Baking Pan, specially the purple ones. I washed the Pan twice by hand and I can't make the stains to go away and I think is because of the strong color dyes. We were concerned since they are Made in China so decided not to eat them and threw them out. Check my Posted Pictures under "Wilton Assorted Jewel Mini-Cups, 100 Count"

1.0 out of 5 stars They do bleed!, January 4, 2012
This review is from: Wilton Assorted Jewel Standard Cups, 75 Count (Kitchen)
I don't see how some reviewers didn't experience this. The colors bled onto my muffin pan, leaving a thin film of goo (probably just colored oil residue, but disturbing nonetheless). It makes me uneasy to even eat the cupcakes. I'm sure they can't be toxic, and it seems the color only bleeds on the outside, but I'm still hesitant. Either way, these baking cups end up looking terrible.

3.0 out of 5 stars Way Overpriced, February 7, 2012
This review is from: Wilton Assorted Jewel Standard Cups, 75 Count (Kitchen)
I buy these exact cups at my local target; they're $1.49 for 75 cups. Over $4 here is kinda crazy.

In terms of the bleeding mentioned by some other customers--I've never noticed this happening. I haven't done muffins--just cupcakes. Perhaps the bleeding happens when the mix you're baking has a higher oil content. (Muffin mix tends to be a lot higher in oil content, so this would make sense considering the comments from other cooks here.) Even when I make light colored yellow or white cake mixes, there's no bleeding to be seen--either into the cupcakes or onto the pan, itself.

That's just my experience...

3.0 out of 5 stars Fit but flimsy, January 18, 2009

These fit on the mini-muffin tins perfectly and once placed in the tins, they are flawless. Unfortunately, separating them is a challenge. They are very thin and stick together, when pulled from the packaging. Care must be taken, otherwise you will have many torn baking cups that are useless.

These are great. They peel away easy, fit well in the pan and are neutral in appearance. I will buy them again.
